Ice cream sounds like a wonderful substitute. I can say that I am including more chocolate mints in my diet. I am also addicted to caffeine. I bring a thermos to work, and fill it 3 times during my shift.
I'm hanging on. Everyday I'm just waiting for that day to end. And it does. And I am still sober.
I had ice cream last night.
ReplyDeleteNot quite as bad, granted, but similar.
Hang in there.
I agree with Patia..."hang in there"...I used to have days where I could literally do nothing but hang on...and I'm so glad now that I did !
